Exchange & Return Policy
At Xernoo Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us. We only accept exchanges or returns if:
- The customer receives the wrong item.
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The order does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, or normal wear and tear. Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.
To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the specified return period.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
Xernoo Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
Payment Terms
We currently accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout, including Cash on Delivery (where available).
For selected orders, an advance payment may be required for confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders within Pakistan are generally delivered within 2–7 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive order updates and tracking information where available.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product images, descriptions, colors, and specifications are displayed accurately. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and handmade manufacturing processes.
